Privacy Policy

Your privacy is actually important to me (this isn’t just boilerplate talk).  At A Bad Show (For Bad People) I have three principles that I follow:

  • I won’t ask you for personal information.
  • I won’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, or to protect my rights.
  • I don’t store personal information on my computers.

It is A Bad Show (For Bad People)’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information I may collect while operating my website.

Gathering and Protection of Non-Personally-Identifying Information

A Bad Show (For Bad People) does not currently collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available (such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request).

Gathering and Protection of Personally-Identifying Information

A Bad Show (For Bad People) does not collect personally-identifying information, nor does it ever intend to do so.  Do note, however, that any personally-identifying information posted in comments will be readily accessible by anyone.  Any personally-identifying information provided in personal message or emails by you to me will not be disclosed by me to any party except when: 

  1. required by law,
  2. A Bad Show (For Bad People) believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of A Bad Show (For Bad People), third parties, or the public at large, or
  3. A Bad Show (For Bad People) believes in good faith that there is a moral imperative to do so (i.e. you pose a credible threat to me, yourself, and/or others).

A Bad Show (For Bad People) will never rent or sell your personally-identifying information to any third parties.  A Bad Show (For Bad People) may send personal replies to emails (i.e. an individualized response to your email), but will never send marketing related mass emails (i.e. channel updates or notices of blog or video posts).

Access to Data

A Bad Show (For Bad People) will provide a copy of the information that it holds about you to you upon request.  If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please do so by sending an email to ABadShow4BP@Gmail.com with the subject line “Request of Personally-Identifiable Information.”  Please allow a reasonable time frame for me to fulfill the request as I must do so manually.

Retention of Personal Information

A Bad Show (For Bad People) does not currently collect personal information.  However, any personal information volunteered by you to me will be deleted upon request.  In order to request a deletion, please send an email to ABadShow4BP@Gmail.com with the subject line “Deletion of Personally-Identifiable Information.”  Please allow a reasonable time frame for me to fulfill the request as I must do so manually.

 

 Third Party Links

A Bad Show (For Bad People’s) website may contain links to other websites provided by third parties not under our control.  When following a link and providing information to a 3rd-party website, please be aware that A Bad Show (For Bad People) is not responsible for the data provided to that third party.  This privacy policy only applies to websites owned and maintained by A Bad Show (For Bad People), so when you visit other websites, even when you click on a link posted on WordPress.org, you should read their own privacy policies.

Note, that WordPress.org (who hosts A Bad Show (For Bad People)), does collect both non-personally-identifying information and personally-identifying information.  Please see their privacy policy to learn more.  A Bad show is not responsible for any mishandling or misuse of non-personally-identifying or personally-identifying information by WordPress.org.
